We collect information you provide when creating an account, setting up a contractor profile, submitting job requests, or contacting us. This includes:

• Contractor profiles: company name, business phone number, business email address, business address, contractor license numbers, insurance information, service descriptions, trade categories, and coverage areas.
• FM accounts: name and email address.
• Communications: messages sent through our contact forms, job request system, or direct email correspondence with our team.
• Payment information: billing details processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store or have access to full payment card numbers — all payment data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor.

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our platform, certain information is automatically collected by our servers and third-party analytics tools:

• Log data: IP address, browser type and version, referring URLs, pages visited, and time and date of each visit.

• To send platform updates and service announcements. You may opt out of non-transactional communications at any time.
• To analyze usage patterns, diagnose technical issues, and improve the platform’s features and user experience.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from government or regulatory authorities.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and other harmful or prohibited activity on the platform.

• Contractor profile data is retained for the duration of your membership and for a reasonable period after cancellation to allow for account reactivation. Profiles downgraded to Basic upon cancellation remain visible in the directory unless you request removal.
• Transaction records are retained for a minimum of seven years as required for tax and accounting purposes.
• Log data is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted or anonymized.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at info@facilityregister.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements.

7. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it, including:
